The owner is communicative and I love that we have the same team every time. They are very thorough.

What also stood out for me was how pet-friendly they are! Many cleaning companies charge extra if you have a pet, and base it on weight. Bluebird Cleaning does not. My dog loves when our team comes each month!

The technician for the first company clicked on the starter several times and then magically came up with a replacement cost of $1800. When I reached out to Professional Chimney and Masonry, the technician came with equipment and completed a full diagnostic test. Using testing equipment, the technician also determined that I needed a new ignition system. However, the replacement cost was 1/3 of what the first company was planning to charge.
