Bluwater spa is an amazing place for all your beauty needs! The staff is friendly and always accommodating. I’ve been coming here for over a decade. I would highly recommend this spa for facials, nails, waxing and massages. I’ve personally have had all these services and have not been disappointed.

After a relaxing pedicure I went to pay with a gift certificate from my best friend given to me approximately 1 1/2 years ago. To my surprise the receptionist would not honor the certificate saying it had expired. No where on the paperwork was an expiration date. After some back and forth a “manager” stepped in to reiterate that the certificate was expired. She went as far to say, with an attitude, that I should have looked on the website. I said I would not pay and was threatened that they would call the police. I asked the “manager” what her name was and she said she didn’t have a name. They finally said with attitude that they would comp the pedicure. They implied that I was not welcome there anymore which I agreed with. A sad way to end a spa day!

I’m so angry wasting my money on this manicure. The color is completely uneven. And it chipped after 5 days! Never go to this nail salon. Look at my nails and how uneven the color is. Also notice how far up they painted my nails that after 5 days it looks like I still been two weeks since I had my manicure done!

Not good anymore sadly. Went for a pedicure & left with a bloody toe. Nail tech was way too rough. There was no cut on my toe before the pedicure. They were generous enough to offer me a 5% discount for cutting my toe!

My sister loves this place. I've been here once before with her and it was excellent. Would be a 5 star but last visit the lady for my pedicure was late for the booking and gave below average service.

Ivetta was AMAZING definitely will be coming back! I received a facial from her and it was so relaxing but most of all she educated me on how I should be taking care of my face for my specific skin problems. My face came out of there feeling and looking so shiny and glowy!! Definitely would recommend this spa and her she’s amazing and the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming as well.

This was my first time at this business. Receptionists were not friendly or welcoming. At the end they did not even ask how did it go. Massage therapist Vera was friendly and really good at her job.
