Our antique rug looks and feels brand new! They cleaned the rug and re-stitched the ends where the rug was starting to unravel. The rug looks, feels, and smells great - no chemical odors, just clean and odorless. Our 20 yo kitty had some accidents towards the end of his life, so removing the odor couldn't have been easy. They were also really conscientious about noting our preferences, answering questions, and following through on any requests. Nothing fell through the cracks. We're very happy and will be taking all of our rugs to them in future.

I’ve used Ayoub N&H before and will use them again. Excellent customer service from the office staff and the staff who picked up and delivered my carpets. Carpets were beautifully cleaned and in perfect condition.

I inherited a beautiful Moroccan rug from my uncle that had some visitors wanting to take up residence (moth eggs). Ayoub N & H did a special cleaning and the rug is even more beautiful now. It does not smell like chemicals, which I feared might be an issue. I also got a nice underlayment for the rug and it looks and feels great in my living room. Even my doggo loves it!
