I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. They hands down had the best price after getting quotes from 6 different companies (I live in Northern Virginia btw). I thought surely their service was going to be terrible for that reason, but I was incredibly surprised. Bob worked with us to put together what type of pool we wanted with options, etc. He wasn't pushy AT ALL and is such a genuinely nice guy. He helped us through the entire process, responded quickly to my texts/calls, and even popped by just to check-in on the progress (after making sure it was okay first of course!). I met with a lot of pool companies for my pool instal and Paradise Pools got the job and from start (Bob from Sales), throughout the Process (Jeff as Project Manager, and through completion it was seamless. In kind, when we hit water they immediately assisted with engineer consult and we completed the pool instal. Highly recommend without hesitation or reservation.
