“I had to call Pop-A-Lock for an elderly neighbor who had locked herself out of her house. I called at around 9 PM and requested a locksmith. I was given a time estimate of 45 minutes to an hour. A few minutes later, Tee, the locksmith assigned to the call, called me and gave a more realistic estimate of around two hours because of calls she was already running on. As she got closer she again called and revised the estimate to a little sooner. The communication from her was great. She handled my elderly neighbor with patience and compassion. She had her back in the house in 5 minutes. It was a great experience. Thanks for the help.“
“I called four different places. This place was the cheapest, fastest and more reliable than any other company I've used before. I asked for a call in advance to let me know they were on their way. He called thirty minutes before. Once he arrived, it took less then ten minutes. I am definitely storing their number in my phone because they were respectful all around the board. You know some places, its either the person who answer the phone or the one who is sent out that is usually rude as hell. But in this case, everyone was respectful!
