Last year 2024, I was dealing with stage 3 Metaplastic Triple Negative Breast Cancer and was cash strapped, I had a plumbing issue in my bathroom, I called Heil plumbing as I usually do. They sent a plumber to my house, he assessed and gave me a cost, I informed him that I could not afford it because of I had not been working due to cancer treatment . He asked me to give him a minute, he went to his car, made a call, and came back in. He informed me that the company has decided to fix it without cost to me. HEIL plumbing came out today to address a water leak. It required digging up a small portion of our yard to get to the area where the repair was needed. The team, led by Otto Melendez, did an excellent job. They were very professional and kept me posted on the progress. When they were done they patched up the yard and made sure everything was back in place. I was very happy with the services provided. Thank you so much.
