I was in a rush and needed a suit dry cleaned and returned the same day. I’ve never had to do it before so I was lost and everywhere else couldn’t do it in time or offer any advice. I called Dorsey cleaners and Jake explained why it couldn’t get done today and offered a solution. He steam pressed my suit (which wasn’t dirty to begin with) and had it done in no time. Very friendly and helpful! I will return in the future! Thanks Jake!
I dropped off 2-pair of expensive (industrial/ construction) work pants to be altered. Dorsey Cleaner’s tailor did an excellent job!! The pants come with many facets and features that make altering a challenge. The pants now fit great and look like did when I ordered them!! I’ll go back during the holiday break as I have several more that I need altering.
