We have beautiful large south facing windows. 33 feet of windows. 5x8 the largest.
The heat hit in the summer is intense. In the winter they warm our house.
After trying split units, window units, I called Frederick heating & air conditioning to come and evaluate our situation.
They arrived the same day I called. Looked at our ancient central air unit, suggested an updated system.
They installed it the next day. With a very decent price.
Due to issues we had with ducts etc, they came back to help me get it running perfectly for our heat hit. Responding immediately, when possible. Coming by offering help and suggestions.
Totally comfortable now.

They explained everything clearly and made sure each session was tailored to his specific needs. He felt real progress after each visit and appreciated the welcoming and respectful environment. This has been my go-to barbershop for several years even though there are a few closer ones. Jim could not be more friendly, the conversation is always pleasant, and I'm always satisfied with the haircut. It's a charming little one-chair shop like the ones my dad used to take me to when I was little. Plenty of off-road parking for the size of the shop.
The ACR Services, Inc. team did outstanding work in replacing my Split system and I highly recommend them. They are always most responsive to the needs of their customers. I always appreciate the quality service that they provide!
They were just a little late but they survey the rooms with an app for fair and accurate square footage. They cleaned quickly and didn’t damage anything with all the big hoses. The carpets look so clean now. Very happy with the service overall.

Great experience working with Blue Ridge. They installed carpet in one room, and spliced in carpet for us in other rooms where we had removed some old radiators.It's a 100+ year old house with uneven floors and awkward shaped rooms. The Blue Ridge team had zero difficulty with any of it, and also was friendly and helped move furniture.Much better experience than when we bought carpet from the big box stores!
MIke is great. He’s thorough in his assessment of your gutters and thorough in his work. I asked about and was prepared to pay for leaf guards, but he was adamant that I didn’t need them. He‘s a straight shooter who takes pride in his work, and his rates are quite reasonable.
Was able to get me in same day with quick and easy service. Would recommend if you need any glass repair.

Mike and his Team of Armor were great! Not only was Mike patient in our long decision making process to decide on a fence, but he helped us create our own custom design fence, like no other. They came out to size our fence several times as we made changes the dimensions. They brought a samples and provided at least eight revised quotes. We talked to at least six other fence companies in the area, and none of them could not offer anything close to what Armor Fence could offer us. Amor Fence did it, and did it very well. We don’t intend to buy many fences in our forever home, but if a Good Lord moves us from our home, we will definitely call Mike and his Team of Armor, again.
We are very pleased with the job that Bartz Landscaping just completed at our house, including a ramp to the front porch and redoing our flower beds with a combination of hardscaping and plantings.
The hardscaping crew did a meticulous job, ensuring everything fit well, resulting in a nearly flawless outcome. The owner, Sean, and project manager, Matt, were a pleasure to work with along the way. Both helped choose plantings based on my wife's wishes and offered good suggestions as the project progressed.
The cost of the project was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. We were also happy with the good communication along the way. We highly recommend Bartz for your landscaping job based on our very positive experience.
My dog Rodeo injured/tore his CCL. I called many vet offices in the area, and Jefferson came back with a reasonable estimate quote for surgery. Plus, they were able to accommodate him the fastest for a consult. Another vet office couldn't even fit him in for a consult for over two months.
He wasn't a good candidate for surgery due to age and Kidney disease, but I get a monthly pain shot for him. The vet we saw was very helpful and informative. My boy is now able to climb steps on his own and has been managing much better.
