Even though this is my first experience with Bob Nichols Paving, I was impressed by the professionalism, timeliness, straightforwardness, and honesty of Mr. Bob Nichols and his team. They showed up on time and finished a widening project that included resurfacing the entire original driveway, which they did remarkably well within five hours of starting. They work like a well-oiled machine. Each member knows exactly what they're supposed to do and at what stage in the process. They ate their lunch on the go without wasting any time, and I didn't see any team member standing around or being told what to do. The result was stellar. Every team member has been with the crew for at least 12 years, with some having 18 years of experience. That speaks to their work culture and ethic. The project was completed successfully, and I'm extremely happy with the work. Several neighbors stopped by to admire Mr. Nichols' immaculate machinery and equipment and were mesmerized by the work. One neighbor even scheduled a meeting with Mr. Nichols to discuss their own driveway project, which will be the best decision they'll make. I highly recommend Bob Nichols and his team for any of your projects you've been putting off. This is the right time and the best team for that project!
Bobby and his team did an amazing job replacing my decaying driveway and replacing it with crushed gravel and pavement to fix the drainage and old crumbly asphalt. This is his second project for me and will continue to use him and refer his team!
