I reached out to Dave of NLT Construction because our porch steps were in desperate need of repair. Dave was quick to respond, had good pricing, and a lot of knowledge. Dave was kind enough to fit us in his schedule right away so that our steps were completed in time for our housewarming party. Dave and his team do great work, we will definitely be reaching out again for our next project.

Dave was fantastic to work with. When a tree fell on my garage, he worked with me to understand exactly what would be needed to repair/rebuild. He provided advice for how to deal with my (extremely unhelpful) insurance company, and was patient while I worked through that process before we could begin the work to rebuild. He lined up the subcontractors and scheduled them out on the project. His time and cost estimates were right on the money for the entire project. Nothing was a surprise during the project, and he maintained constant communication throughout. I will definitely go to Dave for any other work I have.

NLT (Dave and his guys) just finished rebuilding our patio and deck, now with a super cool metal roof, and we couldn't be happier. Not only is the end result exactly what we wanted and built well, but the process was so much less stressful than it's been with other contractors we've worked with. Dave was on-site every afternoon. If we had a question or concern it would be resolved well within 24 hrs. If we made a decision requiring more materials, they'd be ordered while I was standing there next to him. There was never any mystery about how the project was going. And, everything was done within Dave's estimated time frame and under budget.
