I visited on October 22nd at around 4:00 p.m. . One of the cashiers I have no idea who she was yelling at but she was yelling at somebody. Talia kindly suggested she go to the back and take a break. The situation could have gotten a lot worse if it wasn't for talia's quick diversion. Talia is really professional she diverted The situation before customers can even notice. She then had to manage customers single handedly and would switch from one register to the other register really quickly. To try and ensure customers didn't wait too long. Karina at Ulta, I believe she’s a Makeup artist there, absolutely AMAZING, give her a raise, give her free makeup, give it to her all!!! Not only did she help us pick out makeup but she helped try it on my face with the tester. I know nothing about makeup but she was so patient & understanding. She explained what’ everything was & how to use it & gave personal recommendation. She truly was a godsend & I got everything I needed to complete my makeup look for graduation. Amazing work 10/10 would highly recommend just because of her alone.
