My most recent experience with these two were a delight, I can’t thank them enough for helping me due to me getting lost in dc , they provided me clear and understanding directions to help me get to where I needed to go. What a joke! The call center has rude personnel that answer the phone. It seems their rudeness is only beaten out by their lack of any basic knowledge about the company. The company is not completely drug free. That's the only burning question I was calling about; "if a urinalysis test was a condition of employment". The answer was "it depends on the job you're doing at a site". Whoaaa Nelly!! I think I'd want any Security Officer to be drug free. Just saying.

I Work For The Company And Have Been For A Little Over A Year And A Half. They LACK Great Communication Skills As Well As Professionalism. The Captains And Majors Are The Absolute Worse. They Will Make Up Lies, Steal Hours From Your Humanity Clock. It’s Best To Screenshot Your Clock In And Clock Out. The Higher Ups In The Office Try To Help But Their Say So Is Sometimes Overruled. It’s Not About What You Know, But More So “Who” You Know. I’ll End It With It The Higher Ups (Office Staff) Is Great, But The Majors And Below Need To Be Stopped.
