Whenever I'm in MD; I make it a point to come to Nail Trix to get my nails done by Jenny. She's been in the cosmetology business for over 30 years! Not only is she highly experienced but she is courteous, kind and takes good care of her clients. I know I am in good hands with her. The salon is clean, well ventilated and reasonably priced. There are plethora of nail salons but I will go out of my way to see Jenny here.

First time here. It was a slow afternoon and I was one of the 2 customers. Lee took his time and did a great job with my manicure and pedicure. I will come back in future and hope the service remains 5 star.

If I'm rating only how my nails looked when I left, it would be 4/5 stars. I didn't get the name of the woman who did my mani-pedi (gel on hands, reg polish on toes), but she did a great job and didn't rush through it. (There was no reason to, since I was the only customer on a weekend afternoon.) Here's why I'm leaving 3 stars: * Hygiene: no liner in the pedicure tub * Choosing colors: I'm used to picking my colors from a wall in the check-in area before we get started. Instead, she led me straight to a pedicure tub and went to a basket of color samples while the water filled the tub. She came back with 2 rings of samples, leaving many more... read full review
