Going to this place has been one of my worst experiences ever, starting with the workers, especially this one old lady she is very rude and disrespectful to hispanic customers, i highly recommend not going to this spot. Also everything they do is just so wrong and can’t do anything right.

Terrible experience. The woman who did my brows was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rushed through the appointment, didn’t listen to what I wanted, and left my eyebrows completely uneven. When I tried to point it out, she got defensive and had an attitude instead of fixing it. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed — definitely not worth the money or the stress. I won’t be coming back.

I came in with my kids and I was by old navy and witnessed an employee being extremely rude to a Hispanic customer for no reason. It was upsetting and uncomfortable to watch, especially in front of my children. The customer did nothing wrong, yet the worker was loud and disrespectful. No one deserves to be treated like that. I left angry and disappointed — this kind of behavior is unacceptable.
