I have worked with Raphael and his team on 3 protects on my home over the last 4 years and they are by far the best construction company I have worked with. Their customer service is top notch, making sure that we are always happy with their work. It is impeccable and always safely done. We’ve worked with Raphael and his team on two separate projects now. The first was a concrete pad, and we were so pleased with their work that we called them again for a second, more complex job in our 1920s home in Washington, DC — installing new flooring and reconfiguring a bathroom wall to create a completely new half bath.
As with many older homes, there were surprises once the work began. When they opened up the floor, they found some damaged wood underneath. Raphael and his team were incredibly responsible — they communicated the issue clearly, walked us through our options, and helped us find a solution that fit within our budget.
