I’ve been waiting for 2 months for them to file my personal taxes, no calls or updates. I will be calling them this morning to stop my preparation as I do not like to do business with people that can’t even do the simplest things they advertise. I should of never not used my old accountant. They had a boiler plate job to do, what on earth are they doing?

Although Katy Sams has been my accountant for years in the last two years, the level of professionalism has diminished. I patiently waited as she went through a medical issue. But then she said she would take of things and did nothing. She repeatedly said for 18 months she would call us back and never did. She said she e-filed my taxes and she did not. She is holding my tax returns and not returning them. When I asked her employee to please do something about my situation she called me a mother fucker. I am embarrassed I've waited this long. But have begun filing complaints and litigation to get my tax paper work returned.

She helped us navigate through a nightmare of an issue with the Comptroller's office. Great, personable staff.
