I am writing a review for Winthorpe Design and Build. One word describes my husband and my experience with the company’s management team and workers, and that is magnificent!!
This was an extremely positive experience. We had our kitchen completely redone. Our front hall and kitchen had tile, and now it has the wood planks, in the kitchen, front hall, and first floor bathroom. We also re-carpeted our first floor and up the first flight of stairs in our house. We also had a couple of bannisters touched up. We worked with Krag to develop a plan. He was very easy to work with and provided multiple plans until everything was just right. The work involved extensive demolition and combining two condo units with major renovations. Winthorpe’s team navigated the difficulties and rules of working in a multi story condo. The finished product exceeded our expectations while getting complements from the condo staff on how well they managed the work. We highly recommend Winthorpe Design & Build.
We worked with Winthrope to build a primary suite addition to our home and were very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the final result. During the construction phase, the project moved along steadily and there was a lot of thoughtful consideration in the planning and sequencing of work. There was also a lot of consideration to minimize disruption to our family which we really appreciated. We developed a great relationship with our project manager, Jerry, and was able to ask him many questions and learned a lot from his expertise and experience.
