A Transformative Experience at Wellness by Shari

It had been nearly a decade since I last visited Shari Sternberger's Healing Center in Highland, Maryland. Now living two hours away, I found myself back in town for a funeral and decided to reconnect with Shari at her Wellness by Shari Healing Center. From the moment I drove up the secluded driveway, I was enveloped by a sense of peace. The natural beauty, the birds chirping in the trees, and the serene atmosphere instantly calmed me.

Shari is a gifted holistic healer. Each conversation, each healing session, reveals more of her breadth of knowledge and wisdom. Each session starts in conversation, allowing her to identify what to draw on from her wide variety of tools to tailor the healing treatment session. I always walk away from our sessions with unexpected insights, tools, exercises and/or reading that I can use to support my personal journey.
