Joshua came to replace two faucets in the master bathroom and he had to replace both traps. He was very professional and polite and courteous. He answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend horizon to other people.
All we needed was a winter HVAC system checkup. Appointment was between 10 and 2. Tim Denman arrived at 10:15. After a VERY thorough inspection he did find two issues that were signd of the systems aging. The heat pump is around 13-15 years old. After explaining as much as he could (I was overwhelmed with his knowledgfe) he suggested having an estimator come out and see what Horiizon could offer us. That same day Austin Ayres arrived, on time, and I was treated to an extremely thourough run through of what was possible, what would work best for our house and ALL the options we had. WOW!
