They have been in the industry for over thirty years and we have been satisfied customers for over twelve years. Their sales and service technician, Tim is very professional and does a complete and thorough inspection.Both Donna and Gary Kirkendall, the company founders,stand behind their services and products. We used Kirkendall's for our septic and pest inspections. I was hesitant to use a pest company to inspect our septic, but they came so highly recommended by a local septic company, that I went for it, and so glad I did. They were so incredibly thorough and conscientious. Gary went out to the property on multiple occasions just to get the info needed, and didn't charge us any additional fees to do so. Another company charged us just to go out and dig a hole, really wish we had found Kirkendall's first!Oh, and they were much more thorough with the pest assessment than the first people we had out as well, found a couple of additional issues not mentioned on the first report.
