The store was very clean, plenty of staff to help with any questions or needs you might have. 3 or more registers open, it was Christmas eve morning and they had me in and out of the store in under 10 minutes with everything i intended on purchasing.

Love the staff, everyone is so friendly. They helped me with products and suggested things I hadn't heard about. If they couldn't find something, they had the option of delivering it to my home. These ladies are up to date with all of their knowledge. I've noticed a lot of complaints have been geared to these people just doing company policy. I had a fantastic trip here and plan to go back.

I booked my makeup appointment for my wedding at 2pm and gave myself enough time to get back and get ready for 4:15pm.I was in the mall at 1:30 and walked over after eating and got there at 1:45-1:50pm.I waited for 5-10 minutes while a lady was talking to another stylist even though she’s seen me standing there for a bit waiting to check in for my appointment.She eventually comes over and I tell her why I’m there and she goes up to the stylist to tell her I’m here for my appointment. She seemed surprised and then went back to her client.I sat in the waiting area for 15-20 minutes (now 2:10-2:15) and then she came over to me and sat me in a seat.
