Neyoh was so great. He was very patient with me and very kind. He really has a joyful spirit. I truly appreciated him and felt very welcome. 10/10 experience I would definitely recommend.

Although this Ulta location is crazy busy most days, I always get awesome customer service! The salon manager at this location is wonderful! She was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to fix some issues I was having with my hair color treatment. You can tell that the employees do their best at their job and I appreciate that from them all. Love love love this Ulta location!

Hey there's a brand new Ulta in Arundel Mills, what more do you need to know? How about, it's a much better use of the space that used to hold the Neiman Marcus Last Call. It's near the Coach store, what you don't have the layout of the entire mall memorized? Anyway, I was there to wander around, gawk at a new mass make up store and add to my collection of Skinfood, so I didn't need help. (All three missions accomplished.) However, a clerk offered to help me a few minutes after I entered and again a little bit later. The clerk who rang me out was new and needed a little help from the manager, but everyone was friendly and it wasn't like I was trying to catch a plain....read full review
