So, I bought a used car and immediately noticed how gross the inside was. That prompted me to do a Google search for auto detailers near me. The one that stood out was Thank You Details. They had all 5-star reviews (and now I see why). I went to the site to see if I could book something soon but ended up just calling the concierge line instead. The lady I spoke to was amazing. The customer service I received was unlike anything I've experienced in a while. She was patient and knowledgeable. Before I visited Thank You Details, I was highly frustrated at the lack of details and care from other establishments. I trust TYD with all of my vehicles. They kept me informed step by step and communicated clearly. I especially appreciate the dedicated concierge team. The entire process was transparent and they are extremely knowledgeable. I started with a detail and then I eventually got a ceramic coating which I am so happy I did with them. Everything was simple, straightforward, and an overall joyous experience.
