Had William Tonkin out for my annual pest control service and he was great as always. I actually had to reschedule the service originally as I had a death in the family and William was so accommodating with helping me get another time!

We've used Terminix for decades and had very little pest activity. Our tech notifies of upcoming visits, tells us when he arrives, and provides a summary of the work afterward.
