Shane, the technician, was wonderful in explaining what exactly was wrong and telling me the options I had in regards to a fix. Absolutely zero pressure for anything unnecessary. The plumbing technician, Ray, was so thorough, explaining not just what was going on, but why and what all of the options for repair were. He took the time to make sure I truly understood it.
