Neyoh was so great. He was very patient with me and very kind. He really has a joyful spirit. I truly appreciated him and felt very welcome. 10/10 experience I would definitely recommend.

Although this Ulta location is crazy busy most days, I always get awesome customer service! The salon manager at this location is wonderful! She was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to fix some issues I was having with my hair color treatment. You can tell that the employees do their best at their job and I appreciate that from them all. Love love love this Ulta location!

First let me say how much I LOVE Ulta. The store was clean and nicely set-up. They had everything in stock that I needed. My rating is purely on the checkout and customer service aspect. When I entered the store, the two employees at the front, one being the manager, did not greet me or ask if I needed help finding anything. They just continued on with the conversation they were having about how tired they were. When I went to checkout, the cashier - which mind you was the same manager who did not greet me when I walked in - was not friendly at all. Didn't greet me when I stepped up, acted annoyed when I wanted to use my points, and didn't even finish checking me out. ..handed me off to another employee. Then just walked away.
