I had a great experience at ATI Physical Therapy. Bansari was my primary therapist, and she was knowledgeable, attentive, and focused on helping me improve. Whenever she wasn’t available, Robert stepped in and was equally helpful and supportive during my sessions.
They both took the time to understand my concerns and created a plan that truly addressed my needs. I saw real progress in strengthening my shoulder and improving my hip pain, which made a big difference in my day-to-day comfort.

My 57-yr old husband, Kevin, was just diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease less than 2 weeks ago. He had some worries about beginning physical therapy and did not know what to expect. I am very adamant about quality healthcare and the best treatment for my husband. I had very strict criteria: the physical therapy location must be close to our home, must take our insurance, must be accommodating for his schedule and most importantly, I was very anxious over finding a therapist that is knowledgeable about Parkinson's Disease and it's stages, symptoms, etc. After making many calls I found ATI in Hanover, near where we live. This is a location where the staff and clinicians care about the patients. The clinicians are personable, caring and take time to listen to your needs. Anna, the front desk attendant, always gives you a nice greeting and is always concerned about your progress and asks how you are doing. I’m happy with choosing ATI Hanover, Maryland.
