Jack Massicot Plumbing & Heating is a family owned and operated business. A polite young man quickly completed a beautiful job for a washer drain pan, with an excellent price. A nephew was very quick replacing a bathroom faucet and shower arm, and explained a small problem. Mr. Jack and his team were heroes, installing a new well tank and submerged jet pump after unexpected hiccups. They were professional, explained everything, and were compassionate and friendly.
I called on 12/02/2024 for help with a drain pan for a washer being delivered the next morning. Jack answered the phone right away. I explained my situation and he said he could help me in the afternoon. A very polite young man came. He quickly went to work, made a run to get another part that was needed. He completed the job. The work he did was beautiful. I was very grateful for their help. The price was excellent. Thank you so much for your help!
