I had the pleasure to speak with Beth Allen, the Principal and Co-Owner of AFI on the phone, and she is hands-down one of the nicest people you'll ever talk to. She genuinely cares, treats everyone with the utmost respect, and takes the time to truly listen. If the way she handles the phone is any reflection of how AFI treats their roofing clients, you are in great hands with AFI.
When we purchased our house 14 years ago, it had a cedar shingle roof. While a cedar shingle roof is elegant and beautiful, my husband and I had no idea how to maintain it. Enter AFI and all our questions were answered. We have worked with AFI since our home purchase and we have been extremely satisfied. AFI is responsive, knowledgeable and professional. We look forward to many more years as a happy AFI customer.
They do an excellent job of cleaning my gutters and even repaired rodent-caused damage to the soffit which was inaccessible to me. They have worked for me many years and I highly recommend.
