Mr. Jim and Ms. Trish are the absolute best! My two 55 lb mutts have been seeing them for over 5 years. Ms. Trish is super patient with my husky mix who is not a fan of having her nails done and prepared the sun room just the way my collie mix liked it for relaxing before and after her groom. I’m so grateful for the grooming care they’ve provided. If you live in the Hampstead/Reisterstown area you should consider giving them a call to get on their waitlist. We moved to the Annapolis area and for over 9 months still made the trip north for their services. You won’t find a better groomer and nicer people to groom your furry four legged friends.

We just moved to the area and used this spa for the first time. One of my dogs hates getting groomed but was a happy boy from walking in until we left! They even got little Halloween ties on their collars ? thank you for being so kind to my fur babies

We had our first Spa Day today and were incredibly impressed!! Our dog Phoebe is a rescue and still a little skittish so we had some reservations. But, the patience & kindness they showed (us & Phoebe) made the whole experience….well, saying it was a pleasure doesn’t do it justice. Reasonably priced AND, it didn’t take hours & hours like I’m used to. Knowing my dog wasn’t in a crate all day was everything to me.
I can’t thank you guys enough!!
