1st time: I cold called with an emergent leak in the basement. They were on scene within 30 min. and fixed the problem within 2 hours. 2nd time: scheduled appt for a problem. On time, helpful, thorough. Both times reasonably priced. Will use again. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about this entire team, from the plumbers on site to the front office staff. We had an urgent, knees-to-chest-hustle, situation due to a move in date and an issue with the gas service, and T&D rose to the occasion like no other company we've ever experienced. In the early days of attempting to navigate what needed to be done to get it straightened out, I can't say I wasn't a wreck, nearly in tears, but they have quickly, and efficiently, handled the problem from start to finish. We are not a handy household, and have had 0 experiences with permitting, city inspectors, or service restoration, and T&D was a literal god send reconciling... read full review

T&D Plumbing was contracted by NPL to disconnect, move and reconnect several A/C compressors as they did their work on the BGE gas line upgrade in my neighborhood in Bolton Hill. It was our great, good fortune to have had Jeff Martin and Ralph Collins to do the work for each of us. They both have a great sense of humor and respect each other beyond compare. They told each of us clearly and simply what they needed to do, what they saw in the condition of the units and assured us that the compressors would be fully functioning after their work is done.
