If you can be sure that no mistakes or accidents will occur while Danzco is on site, they are the way to go. However, the way they handled a minor mishap is why I'm writing this less than stellar review and why I do NOT recommend them. Dan came out to do the estimate, was super friendly and answered all our questions. Grace scheduled the project and was nothing but understanding when we had to reschedule several times due to Covid concerns. We requested and were billed the optional furniture removal services provided by Danzco prior to the beginning of the job. The crew moved all of the furniture out except for two pieces (!). From beginning to end the process was super easy. the level of craftsmanship was top notch. our floors are the original floors of the house fro 1941. by the time Danzco was done they looked like they were just installed. the team showed up the day amd time they said they would. it's a breath of fresh air that there are still companies that deliver exceptional service at a great price. Thank you Dan and Grace!

Grace and Dan are great people to talk to. This is the level of communication and respect needed for a successful project. Quality has a cost. Just remember you will look at your floors every day. If you get a cheaper contractor, you may regret it after the price is forgotten.
