Potomac Valley Building Restoration

We had a house fire and they handled all the details and kept us informed of progress. Phil was our liaison for the company and he always addressed any issue we had, and fixed or took care of any concerns we had. He was a great representative for the company.

Our home was completely gutted due to fire. Basically we had a complete rebuild except for the outside of the structure.
Everything was so slow in the beginning when you are sitting waiting. Our Project manager Mike, did his best to reassure me once things got moving, they would be here everyday. He was so right. Jonathan and Jeremy were here everyday and were amazing. Their work is top notch and they really looked out for us. Small things that we didnt notice with vendor issues were brought to our attention. Mike did a great job easing my conerns and was fantastic to work with.
We moved back in 1 year and 2 weeks after the fire.

Mr. Mike Santora is my main POC and he is the best! He is so patient when I ask a lot questions. He is so knowledgeable, making me feel at ease about the repair process that's going to be needed and what to expect next. Something very appreciated. Would definitely recommend Potomac Valley.
