I can’t say enough good things about McIntyre Heating & Cooling. From the very first call, Cassandra was incredibly sweet, funny, and helpful. She managed to get a technician out to me the same day, only about two hours after I called, which honestly blew me away. Danny arrived right on time, was polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything. It turned out the issue wasn’t what I originally thought, and without any hassle, they scheduled another technician first thing the next morning. Coy showed up super on time (even though I was the one running late 😅) and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely reassuring. I strongly recommend McIntyre Heating & Cooling and will absolutely be calling them again soon to look at my home’s system. Thank you all for such outstanding service!
When we relocated back to the area earlier this year, during the hot summer, it was evident that our existing air conditioning unit needed upgraded in a major way. Bill and his team swiftly went in to action. From assessing our new home to recommending a fantastic option up thru the installation it was the most professional and seamless home improvement project we’ve ever done! We ended up replacing both our A/C AND furnace with a much more energy efficient system, thanks to Bill’s expertise in the industry. We are extremely pleased with the units and the service - would highly recommend McIntire to anyone!
McIntire has serviced us many times and has installed two new heat pumps for us within the last 5 years. Every time they are here they are prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them if you want things done right and in a timely manner.
