Conrad Homes literally just finished a porch replacement on my house, left less than 15 minutes ago. It looks outstanding, I am so impressed with the quality of work and materials, they've greatly improved the look of the house whilst adding very nice outside living space. I have to say that their contract rates were excellent as well, I an very happy that I used their services, attaching some pictures to this review, including the old monstrosity they replaced. (Please note the roof is being replaced completely next week so Conrad Homes installed the new porch roof and prepped it for the final stage and did an excellent job there too). Conrad Homes walked us through the whole process of remodeling our basement. They were extremely thorough and clear with what was going to happen and when. They were very professional, showed up when they said and completed it in a very timely manner. Our basement looks just how we want and we are so happy with their quality of work.
