Jeff worked wonders on a shoulder/neck injury. I started the session being unable to move and ended with complete mobility. He provided incredibly helpful exercise recommendations afterwards that further contributed to my healing. All of the staff at Bodyworks is incredibly professional and the facilities and options are just amazing (heated table, heavy blankets, warm cloths, many optional add-ons like cupping/hot stones). I'll never go anywhere else!
This evening I had a 90-minute massage with Izzi, and a 60-minute facial with Liz.
WOW!
I was so impressed with Izzi’s technique and pressure. By the end, I felt like a pile of relaxed mush (in the best way). The best massage I’ve had in ages.
My facial with Liz was my first ever, and I was immediately floored with how incredible my skin felt and looked. This is something I now look forward to incorporating into my skincare routine every 6 weeks, to improve the health and appearance of my skin. She was so knowledgeable when I asked specific questions about certain issues I have with my skin.

Thank you!! Jamie is one talented therapist. I constantly work on the computer. My strained wrist of 4 weeks seemed to be getting worse even after seeking and complying with professional medical help, learning it wasn't fractured, and wearing a wrist brace for the duration. She worked on the problem area and advised me on stretches that would help. The next morning my wrist was 80% better. Wish I would have brought it to the therapists of Bodyworks earlier.
