My husband and I are buying a home. We are wanted to make sure that even though we loved the cute little house, that there was nothing major wrong. We surely do not have the pocketbook for that. We had a big snowfall for the first time in a few years with ice. I was worried that he would not be able to inspect everything that was needed, the crawl space was one of them. Arnold's is a fantastic home inspection service. Arnold provided us with a very comprehensive and concise inspection report. His expertise and insights assisted us greatly with a house we were wanting to buy. In the end he helped save us from possibly getting into a house with more issues than we could deal with.
