Soft touch scratched my truck up over time unfortunately. Is what it is. Stopped using and switched to touch free. Sub par clean compared to “soft touch” but better than the damage and paint swirl. My complaint is you get less with touch free but pay the same. Not many locations have touch free so the lines are longer. Parts of the wash always seem to be broken. Skipped cycles. Missing chemicals. Leaking water. Clogged/jammed nozzles. My biggest complaint is the dryer on the touch free is absolute garbage. Takes 20 seconds to spin up in the first place and then it doesn’t even blow worth a crap at the top center so the water just sits on your car and then you’re... read full review
