Uncaring office who only see you as money. Dr. Shkylar is all about money and closing cases only. He bills insurance for things not done. He is rude and shows no empathy. My treatment care was outrageous and false. I went to another office who gave my a different treatment. Do not go to this location! They cancel you appointment and try to charge you for broken appointment fees. I will not be returning to him or bring my children to his kids office.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL GROUP TO ANYONE! 1. Don't let the fake reviews that were posted on Google today (June 15th) by their employees and family fool you. 2. The dentists and staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, and only their to get more money from patients. 3. They will shave your healthy tooth down to a nub, leave a temporary in your mouth for a month (collecting bacteria and decaying your nub of a tooth beneath) while lying that the bridge you paid them $950.00 for hadn't arrived when it had arrived weeks ago. 4. After they get your money, they treat you like crap... they reschedule your appointment so they can put new clients in your original appointment. 5. They quote one price then double it when it's time for you to pay, and give an excuse for why the cost doubled. 6. There are many far better dentists within 5 miles of them. Choose any one but this one. You will be very unhappy if you choo this one. Go to Google reviews and select lowest reviews. 7. They will yell at you and hang up on you if you question their unprofessional behavior, nasty attitude, and the dentist's lack of care for his patients. Run!
DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! Went to this dentist on a recommendation from my girlfriend since I haven't been to the dentist in a while. Got set up for a cleaning and did half one day. Set up an appointment for the other half. I got to the appointment 30 minutes early and they said that they gave away my appointment slot to another person without calling me!!! I called out of work without pay for nothing!!! Now I'm left with half of my teeth cleaned and no appointment! Very unprofessional service! Do not go unless you want your appointment in risk of being cancelled!
