Mixed review with this visit. Went in for a regular cleaning. Dental assistant was outstanding. Dentist was outstanding. Front desk service was subpar. I’ve been a patient there for a long time, and everything is usually excellent. I’ve never before experienced such cold, indifferent attitudes at their front desk. I left the dentist’s office this time, though, with a “bad taste in my mouth,” as it were.
Had a great experience at this office. It was extremely clean and well managed. All of the staff were super friendly, and the wait time was short. Dr. Gao was exceptional, professional yet personable, and addressed all of my dental concerns. I was the last patient of the day but never felt rushed.
The assistant, Mariam, also did an amazing job taking my X-rays. I usually get pretty nervous in medical settings, but she was really friendly and made me feel much more comfortable.
