Steven, from S & L, was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We ended up purchasing a replacement furnace after ours stopped working. He was very upfront when discussing our options. The service S&L provided was outstanding! When our AC broke down during the hot streak of weather we had I was panicking and calling different local companies. I stumbled upon S&L and they were the only company with great reviews that could come out same day. They showed up on time, wore shoe covers and quickly evaluated the situation. The informed me my system was in poor condition ( which kinda knew already ) and that due to the extensive damage to my system, replacement was my best option. Stephen and the S&L team did a great job replacing our 18 year old system throughout the process. The quotes for the replacement options were clear and transparent. We opted for an upgrade and have been very pleased with the cooling performance, the humidity management feature, a significant reduction in noise level and the ability to control remotely via our phone. They also followed up to see how the system was working. We highly recommend them!
