Prices are very reasonable, and it is also highly convenient that they accommodate both appointments (via phone or online) and walk-ins. Plus, you can accrue points with each purchase— and if you become a regular, they will remember you! Staff will hear out your requests for various designs, shapes, types of polish (gel, acrylic, etc.), and it is always a pleasant and relaxing experience. She is very talented with designs, and will ask questions for clarity if you have inspo photos. She has even counted the number of Polk a dots in a photo to ensure my nails were as alike to my inspo as possible. On the rare occasion I don’t like the design/color during the designing/painting process I’ve let her know and she has been happy to help find a solution so I leave the salon happy. “I was able to walk right in. Eddie did an excellent job with my pedicure. It’s been a while since I had them done and he said not one off handed comment. Although I’m sure when I hear comments like that it’s just a friendly joke. He spoke really good English which I prefer and most of the staff did so as well. I know we’re all free to use our native tongue, I just prefer to hear English when I’m spending my money. They offered beverages which is nice. I am a little concerned about the nail tech using what looks like a used file brush for my manicure. Hopefully no fungus will develop. Not sure uf that’s even possible from a nail file.🤨“

“I’m a former NBB customer, only former because of distance from my home. I always felt cared for by NBB (it was like my little retreat when I would have my appointments). I have had my nails done by all of them, at some point, and always pleased. One of my earliest visits I ran over a glass bottle and blew my tire (like literally a loud BOOM🤦🏽‍♀). I’ll never forget J, the owner, interrupting her service with her client (I was not even being serviced by J that day) to help me get my tire changed (I’m talking helping me find the spare in the trunk and moving stuff around to find it). She found a community member to change the tire and checked on my car, walked out with me, stayed with me while I sorted out where to park for it to be changed…just far more time than she even needed to invest. I’ll never forget that act of kindness and for that, I’ll forever ride for NBB!“

“This place is serviceable but I don’t see myself going back. The staff is friendly but vibe is very run down. The chairs are old and worn, the floors look dirty and everything just feels cramped. At the manicure tables youre elbow to elbow with other guests, and there’s not where for your purse. My technician was kind but my end result was average and my dip manicure is already showing signs of wear after 1 day. Prices are average. If you need a quick service and don’t need it to be perfect this place is fine.“
