“Honestly I’ve been trying different places on and off for two years in my Good Hope neighborhood and have consistently gone every single month for the past 5 months to this salon. I don’t have a particular nail tech that I go to every time because they’re all really great, some definitely more than others. They keep adding things and upgrading the facilities and services, very customer oriented and detailed. Have never had a cuticle bleed or bubbles/lint in polish. I’ve never been rushed through a service, takes a little over an hour for regular pedi and gel mani ($85 but I also got my old gel nail polish removed as part of service). If you’re on the fence or new in town looking for a place to go, you should go here — it’s a safe, reliable, clean salon. Prices are on par for mid-level salon“

“5-STARS: I've been a regular here for over 6 years. Please ignore any review under 4 stars--because it is questionable where their services were actually received. I highly recommend that you visit AVA NAIL SPA for your manicure, pedicure, lashes, waxes, and facials! Make an appointment (recommended) or walk in! Keep in mind that this is a nail SPA--super clean, soothing music, and quiet voices. Don't come in here expecting to hold business with a loud conversation because AVA is a place for relaxation, quiet comfort, and BEAUTY! My technician, now friend, is Kelly. We didn't know each other when I was a new client, but I trust her so much now that she was my first stop after being discharged from the hospital for brain surgery in June (a few weeks ago). Every technician here is skilled and welcoming with positive energy. I love it here!!!!“

“This place is serviceable but I don’t see myself going back. The staff is friendly but vibe is very run down. The chairs are old and worn, the floors look dirty and everything just feels cramped. At the manicure tables youre elbow to elbow with other guests, and there’s not where for your purse. My technician was kind but my end result was average and my dip manicure is already showing signs of wear after 1 day. Prices are average. If you need a quick service and don’t need it to be perfect this place is fine.“
