Customer service is terrible. But they do a dam good job. If you care about good customer service than this place is not for you. If you care about how the service you come in for. I will say you are at the right place. Staffing is an issue when it comes to time. Weekends early and weekdays early u will be seen quicker
The Vietnamese people that run this saloonat horrible at dealing with the public.I am a man and I felt like getting up and walking out of the nail shop, horrible customer serv.I will never go back again,NEVER.
I don't like to give bad reviews but I just want to make the owners conscious about the importance of customer service.and relief my discontent with the service.The concept of nail art is out of the actual work I got. I spent all that money just to remove my nails the next day. But is my fault to allow to continue with the service when the vibe was off from the start.
