I know EBC is reportedly closed but I've decided to review it anyway just in case she decides to reopen. I went to Ms. Paulette for YEARS! I just came across her business on Yelp because I was looking for a facialist and decided to see if she's still in Greenbelt. First of all, I have YET to find anyone that does a facial like her. She is the bomb. I don't know how old she is but her skin is FLAWLESS; that of a 30 something year old woman and I'm sure she's well into her 60s at the least. The previous review from Meghan was the identical experience I had. First, in trying to make an appointment they did not respond to email and my first phone call. On the second appointment phone call, I was successful. On appointment day, they were a no show. I waited 25 minutes and made 3 phone calls trying to find out where they were while I waited in the parking lot. Very poor business practices.

I bought a facial via Groupon for this place. First the phone number was wrong on Groupon for them. Groupon added an email address ([email protected]) to contact them for appointment. I received an email response within 24 hours several of them but they were unfriendly and not professional response (no greeting, call me at...). I called and scheduled my appointment. The day before my appointment I received a phone call stating that there was a problem needed to reschedule. I rescheduled to the following week.
