Requested medium box braids mid back with the knots, they gave me small-medium knotless braids down to my butt. It’s NOT what I asked for. Bathroom is repulsive—the urine smell is strong and it’s not clean. Victoria did my hair so well and was considerate, however, the person she had helping her was so rude, very rough with my hair even after I told her I was tender-headed, and she had a nasty attitude when I tried to speak up for myself. This WAS my go-to spot but it’s time to find another place. I’m sorry, but I won’t be back.

I’m really upset that I don’t have the other lady’s name but Miriam 2, Heidi and that woman would be the only women in there that I’d ever let near my daughters scalp but I promise you, I highly doubt I’d take her back there. The attitudes are horrible for the place to be in such shambles. The smell of urine or mold, maybe both, permeates through the entire establishment. I have found a more suitable gallery. I used to come here years ago and the quality of service was much better but Heidi only did my hair then so I could not really vouch for everyone else to be honest. Never again!!!!!

Shop is in DESPERATE need of a deep clean. But I’m happy every time I leave, ask for Miriam she is so sweet and never misses! I’ve only gone to her, she’s the best and I recommend her to people all the time because I’m always getting compliments.
