I was recommended Mr. Frank Cwalina of Bayside Mortgage Service Inc. by a fellow veteran and first responder from work when I was down and explaining that I was a victim of a predatory loan back in 2006 and on top of that the market was horrible during these times. Within 6 months of buying my home its value decreased and I was upside down 14 years. Over the years I tried refinancing, loan modifications, and even considered walking away.
