The staff has truly done what they could to help and been understanding. The manager called me back only a few hours after I spoke with someone and is a sweetheart. My therapist is amazing. “I’ve been to different hair salons all throughout different states where I’ve lived and this is the best one I’ve ever been too . Every single time I go in I have an outstanding experience. Everyone is friendly and super kind and my hair looks amazing every time . I give an idea to my hair stylist (Karen) and let her do the rest and I’ve been in love with it every time . I spent 500 at a place in Florida that took 5 hours just to get baby highlights in with medium brown hair and the lady didn’t want me to talk and she never did ! Here Karen talks to me which I love because it’s not awkward Silence, I think in total every times it’s only been about 2 hours with everything and never more than 250 . They have great prices and it actually turns out amazing ! It deserves more than 250 with customer service alone . I will be greatly sad when I move and have to change hair salons .Services: Haircut“

It is located in a good neighborhood with good shops nearby and easily accessible from Columbia, Maple Lawn and most of Howard County. The staff is a happy staff who make you feel welcome. New management has improved the interior with good private rooms. The massage has always been good. I have arthritis and an old body that needs a lot of work. and maintenance. I always feel better and more limber after the.bodywork and grateful for their work and cheerfulness“

Nothing extraordinary, but nothing unexpected either if you're familiar with the AMP experience. Never been disappointed after a visit.You don't go into a McDonalds expecting a Two Michelin Star fine dining experience, and you don't go to an AMP expecting a top tier luxury spa experience. It's a perfectly fine establishment if you have the right expectations.“
