This is a spectacular location! Let me start by saying that from the moment you walk in, it feels like an actual spa. I was able to book a facial with Amber today after the Columbia, MD location canceled my appointment, get this, after I had already signed in at the physical location for the appointment. The technician called and was driving to NC to see her grandmother. Horrible and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend that location at all. Drive a little farther out to the Clarksville location and be positively immersed in a wonderful team experience that will leave you feeling well and valued. Got my facial today with Nina. She did an outstanding job from start to finish. She was very informative and gentle. Also added a very nice massage to the shoulders and neck. It made me feel very relaxed and I actually fell asleep.? Highly recommend!?
