My son has been part of BBI for a year and a half and he loves it. Master Cho is amazing - he is not only incredibly skilled but he really develops skills, strength, stamina and helps kids with focus & manners. Somehow he creates an environment that has discipline but is very fun. As a parent, I’m charmed by every class I watch (and find myself giggling at the playfulness also). This is the only sport my 13 yr old son has consistently enjoyed. My 10 yr old daughter also did this for a year - and I thought it was a great setting for girls to develop confidence and skills. We feel so lucky to have found Master Cho and Black Belt Institute!

My daughter (age 17) and I have been taking taekwondo at BBI with Master Cho for almost a year. We both love it and appreciate how much effort Master Cho invests in all the students. He has students ranging from age 4 or 5 to adults, and he knows how to develop/challenge them at the appropriate level while having fun. I highly recommend BBI to everyone!

Master Cho is by far the absolute best instructor ever. My son was nervous about starting karate but the instructor helps reassure him, helps him, guides him. Master Cho is very friendly, outgoing, down to earth. To say we got blessed with one of the best instructors is so true. Within the first 2 months Brayden earned 5 stripes and a yellow belt! That right there is all because of Master Cho. We owe him everything and love him and would highly recommend this location to anyone interested in karate!

Excellent Martial Arts school! We had been looking for a martial arts school for a while and discovered Black Belt Institute when Master Cho provided a free demonstration class at the local library. Master Cho is highly skilled, very patient and challenges the students to reach their full potential. Our son started BBI when he was in 6th grade as a white belt. Currently, he has achieved green belt status and looks forward to attending class twice a week. We highly recommend BBI. Master Cho is very approachable and has created a program accommodating different schedules. Our son’s time at BBI has helped him with his flexibility, strength and endurance which has benefited him in other sports program commitments, too. Thank you Master Cho and staff!
